From 6 January 2023 it will be possible to book our Gourmet stay. If you are out early, you can book your stay by writing to info@bramslevgaard.dk.

A gastronomic experience

In our gourmet stays, it is first and foremost the food that is in focus. An exquisite 6-course menu, selected by the chef, is served here. The stay also includes accommodation in a double room and a delicious breakfast buffet the next day.

You decide the settings
You can choose to stay in one of our original rooms. They are newly renovated, but kept in the manor style typical of the period. You can also choose to stay in our newest superior rooms with plenty of space and modern furnishings. If you want to live in an apartment, this is also an option.

No matter which room you book, we ensure a fantastic stay and unrivaled facilities, and you can book a single night or as many nights as you wish.

The menu

Course 1:
Crisp pappadam with potato croquette

Course 2:
Bresaola
M. Cranberry gel, Fermented garlic mayonnaise, pickled grilled pearl onions, crispy parmesan, malt and pea shoots

Course 3:
Poached long
Pickled brunoise cubes of carrot with parsley cream separated in dill oil, dill and sage

Course 4:
Thick roast beef with hokkaido puree, pickled hokkaido, broccolini, bordelaise, hazelnuts, watercress and parsley

Course 5:
3 types of Jutland cheese, with olives and homemade compote and biscuits

Course 6:
Tarte au Passion with Italian meringue, raspberry sprinkle, white crystallized chocolate, passion sorbet and red forest acid
