General Terms and Conditions
Booking Terms
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge until 4:00 PM the day before arrival. Cancellations made after this time will incur a fee equivalent to the total price of the stay, including any additional purchases.
Cancellations must be sent by email to info@bramslevgaard.dk with the subject: CANCELLATION.
n the event of a no-show, Hotel BramslevGaard will treat this as a cancellation after the cancellation deadline, and the reservation will be charged in full.
Changes to reservations will be treated as cancellations if they result in a reduction in the length of stay or the number of rooms. Any additional purchases can also be cancelled up until 4:00 PM the day before arrival, after which they will be charged in full.
Guests can request written confirmation of the timely receipt of a cancellation from Hotel BramslevGaard via email or letter.
Arrival
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Departure
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM.
If the room is vacated later than the specified time, Hotel BramslevGaard may charge for an additional night.
Liability
Both the guest and Hotel BramslevGaard are obliged to adhere to the reservation agreement. However, Hotel BramslevGaard cannot be held liable for cancellations due to force majeure or similar situations. Force majeure includes extraordinary circumstances beyond Hotel BramslevGaard’s direct control, such as fire, water damage, strike/lockout, and staff illness. Any compensation for failure to meet the agreement, except in cases of force majeure, cannot exceed the total price of the reservation, and any indirect losses, such as loss of profit, are not covered.
Valuables/Baggage Storage
Hotel BramslevGaard cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of valuables or baggage left in rooms or on the hotel premises.
Forgotten Items
Valuables and/or baggage left or forgotten in rooms or on hotel premises will be kept for up to 3 months after departure, after which they will be handed over to lost and found. Items can be sent to you upon payment of a handling fee of DKK 100 and shipping costs.
Parking
Hotel BramslevGaard cannot be held responsible for vandalism or theft of/from vehicles parked on the hotel premises.
Cleaning
Rooms are cleaned daily between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Hotel BramslevGaard reserves the right to skip cleaning if it is hindered by baggage or other items belonging to the guest. For stays longer than three days, bed linen will be changed as needed.

“Fantastisk bryllupsarrangement”

Et komplet bryllupsarrangement med overnatning. Maden, vinen, serveringen, borddækningen, omgivelserne og alt var helt perfekt. Vores venner, som holdte deres bryllup her har fået en vidunderlig dag. Skønt værelse og lækker morgenbuffet.
