At Bramslevgaard, we offer several different function rooms to suit your desired size and style. We cater for everything from intimate gatherings of 8–10 people to large events of up to 250 guests. There is plenty of opportunity to put your own stamp on the room you choose, and we are of course happy to help with decorating and styling. Below you will find a selection of photos from our various rooms, along with details on capacity and size.
Hall 1
Hall 1 is located in the same building as our reception, restaurant and superior rooms. It is an elegant and inviting room that combines historic charm with modern comfort. The large windows create a bright and stylish atmosphere. The room leads directly onto a large terrace, which in summer is furnished with lounge seating and patio heaters.
The room is also equipped with modern AV facilities, including a projector and screen, ensuring excellent conditions for presentations and talks. Hall 1 can accommodate up to 70 seated guests, depending on your preferences for staging, music and table layout.
Hall 2
Hall 2 is located in the same building as our reception, restaurant and superior rooms. The room is bright and spacious, with large windows, high ceilings and a calm atmosphere complemented by warm wooden floors and elegant ceiling lights. It leads directly onto a large terrace, which in summer is set up with lounge furniture and patio heaters.
The room is well suited to meetings, conferences, courses and private functions, and can be adapted to a variety of table configurations. Hall 2 features modern AV facilities with projector and screen, and can accommodate up to 100 seated guests depending on the layout.
Hall 1 & 2 combined
Halls 1 and 2 are two bright and spacious rooms that can be opened into one large, seamless space by removing the partition wall between them. The generous windows allow for beautiful natural light and a pleasant atmosphere, while the warm materials and atmospheric lighting create an elegant setting for both celebratory and professional events.
The combined hall is highly flexible and can be adapted to many types of events — including conferences, meetings, company parties, anniversaries and larger gatherings. The open feel and generous ceiling height make it easy to create exactly the atmosphere and layout you need.
Depending on the table configuration, Halls 1 & 2 combined can seat up to 250 guests, making it ideal for larger events where space and flexibility are a priority. The combination of light, spaciousness and functionality makes the combined hall the natural choice when you want a setting that both impresses and performs.
Hall 3
Hall 3 is located in the west wing. It has recently undergone a major renovation and now presents as a bright, modern and welcoming space with a strong focus on both comfort and aesthetics.
The room features large doors and windows with direct access to a spacious west-facing terrace, from which guests can enjoy views of the sunset. This gives the room a special quality and makes Hall 3 well suited to meetings, dinners and private functions alike.
The room has newly laid wooden flooring, a new heating system and a large indoor trampoline that can be opened up or packed away as needed.
Depending on the table configuration, Hall 3 can accommodate up to 60 seated guests.
The Yellow Room in the main house
If you dream of celebrating in true manor house style, the Yellow Drawing Room in the original main house is the place for you.
The room exudes a warm, historic atmosphere. The rich wall colour, tall wood panelling, lighting and wall decorations all combine to transport you back in time.
The room is particularly well suited to smaller gatherings, meetings and dinners where intimate surroundings with character and charm are desired. It can accommodate up to 30 people.
Room 4
Room 5 is located in the same building as the reception and restaurant, on the first floor, accessible by lift. Please note that there are 5 steps down into the room itself, which means it is not wheelchair accessible.
The room is a smaller space with sloped ceilings and a simple, functional layout. The ceiling is fitted with recessed spotlights and a skylight, which provides good natural daylight during the day. The light walls and consistent flooring create a neutral look that makes the room easy to use for a variety of purposes.
The room is well suited to smaller meetings and private functions where a quiet, self-contained space is preferred. It can accommodate up to 25 guests seated around a long table.

Et komplet bryllupsarrangement med overnatning. Maden, vinen, serveringen, borddækningen, omgivelserne og alt var helt perfekt. Vores venner, som holdte deres bryllup her har fået en vidunderlig dag. Skønt værelse og lækker morgenbuffet.

TAK er et fattigt ord, men alligevel TUSINDE tak fordi i har været med til at skabe de perfekte rammer for vores store dag. Alt var til perfektion! Maden, pynten, service- kan ikke sige et eneste negativt ord. I gjorde os trygge fra første møde. Vi er blevet mødt med stor tålmodighed og venlighed fra Rasmus (mange mails) og en kæmpe stor hjælp af vores hovedtjener Lykke, som koordinerede alt og kom med så mange gode råd! Hun er utrolig professionel og skide dygtig 🤩🤩 Vi kunne sagtens give jeg mere end 5 stjerner og det samme kan vores festgæster 💃🏼🎉 Vi kommer helt sikker også næste år og fejre bryllupsdag (og måske endda før😉)

Vi holdt vores bryllup på BramslevGaard den 6. juli, og det var en helt igennem fantastisk oplevelse! Vi havde oprindeligt planlagt at holde vielsen og receptionen i haven, men da vejret ikke var på vores side, var personalet super hjælpsomme med at finde løsninger. Vi endte med at holde den fineste vielse i deres lille sal og receptionen i hovedbygningen.
Vi kunne ikke have ønsket os et bedre sted at holde vores bryllup. Personalet var utrolig rare og hjælpsomme, og vi følte os hele tiden godt taget hånd om. Maden var virkelig lækker, og der var rigtige fine overnatningsmuligheder for alle vores gæster. Både stedet og området omkring er bare utrolig smukt.
