At Hotel BramslevGaard, we are committed to integrating sustainability into our daily operations, inspired by the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. This commitment is reflected in our policies, procurement processes, and production flows.
In the kitchen we use herbs from our garden and flowers from the forest in our dishes when the seasons allow. We prioritize Danish and very local ingredients in our meals, focusing on fresh products and minimizing the use of frozen goods.
We bake fresh rolls and pastries for our breakfast buffet, rye bread for our lunch buffets, and sourdough bread for our evening guests and restaurant patrons.
In our rooms, we are working towards using biodegradable hygiene products and have ideas for incentivizing guests to reuse linens and towels during longer stays.
In our latest renovation, we installed underfloor heating in our conference rooms to minimize energy consumption. We also focused on utilizing solar energy to heat these spaces. Additionally, light sensors in back rooms and some of the hotel facilities that are not in constant use ensure minimal energy consumption.
In terms of procurement, we emphasize that new suppliers use returnable packaging to minimize our waste management.
Our waste management complies with the latest requirements for sorting soft plastics / hard plastics / paper / cardboard / metals / biodegradable waste / general burnable waste, etc.
For our employees, we have ensured minimal need for heavy lifting. The staff uses serving carts. We have lightweight tables and technical aids that ensure efficient and very safe handling of all manual room adjustments and the movement of various heavy supplies.
We have a diverse staff with many different nationalities, and we ensure that everyone is treated equally. We maintain equal pay and benefits for all employees.

“Fantastisk bryllupsarrangement”

Et komplet bryllupsarrangement med overnatning. Maden, vinen, serveringen, borddækningen, omgivelserne og alt var helt perfekt. Vores venner, som holdte deres bryllup her har fået en vidunderlig dag. Skønt værelse og lækker morgenbuffet.

Udenfor alfarvej, men tæt på noget af det bedste danske natur byder bramslevgaard på lækre værelser og rigtig god mad. Sørg for at booke ophold med middag. Værelser med badekar kan tilkøbes – lækker selvforkælelse.
